三、工业车间门安装扭簧
1、将扭簧中心支
架、尼龙胶圈、固定法兰、与门体重量相匹配的扭簧、锁紧法兰、绕线轮、轴承支架按顺序(分清左右侧)套在镀锌钢管上，并注意各零部件是否安装正确。
2、用方头螺钉将扭簧中心支架固定到洞口上部中间位置的短木板上，并注意避开链盒的安装位置。
3、用螺栓将扭簧中心支架、尼龙胶圈、固定法兰和扭簧连接，再将扭簧和锁紧法兰连接。然后将轴承支架的下端用大帽螺丝和螺帽与水平轨连接件连接固定，轴承支架的上端用方头螺钉固定到侧木框上。
安装工业车间门步骤有什么?
四、安装工业车间门门板
1、将底密封条放到底工业车间门门板的底部，并用自攻钉将其从背面固定到门板上。
2、将底轮支架放到门板的两侧靠近底密封条的位置，1＃折页分别放到门板顶部的左中右三个位置上，并分别用自攻钉固定。
3、将滚轮涂上甘油穿入底轮支架和1＃折页中，将此工业车间门门板放到立好的轨道里并使其水平。
4、将2＃折页、3＃折页、4＃折页、顶轮支架按顺序分别固定到各块门板顶部的左右位置，各块门板中间位置的连接采用1＃折页。
5、将各块工业车间门门板按顺序放到已立好的轨道里，用自攻钉连接各折页与各门板，使各块门板组合成一体。
五、上劲扭簧
将钢丝绳带环的一端套在底轮支架的钩轴上，按照规定的上劲表给扭簧上劲，不要超过或低于规定圈数的半圈，别住钢棍，将钢丝绳的另一端挂在绕线轮上，绷紧钢丝绳，锁住绕线轮，再锁住锁紧法兰，撤下别住的钢棍。
上劲扭簧的过程具有一定的危险性，所以在进行这一步骤时，一定要注意安全，保护好自己的同时，也要避免伤及他人。

The frame, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange, torsion spring matching the weight of the door body, locking flange, winding wheel and bearing support are set on the galvanized steel pipe in order (distinguish the left and right sides), and pay attention to whether the parts are installed correctly.
2. Fix the center support of the torsion spring to the short board in the middle of the upper part of the hole with square head screws, and pay attention to avoid the installation position of the chain box.
3. Connect the center support of the torsion spring, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange and torsion spring with bolts, and then connect the torsion spring and locking flange. Then the lower end of the bearing bracket is connected and fixed with the horizontal rail connector with the big cap screw and nut, and the upper end of the bearing bracket is fixed to the side wooden frame with the square head screw.
